They are the culmination of an ambitious project of meat salting industry of Iberian pig and fats for human consumption. SAF has become in one of the leading companies of its field in Europe, qith an important supply capacity for the food sector, catering and hostelry sector in the national and foreign markets.
The pant covers an area of 10,000 square meters. It has a fats production line with a capacity of smelting, crystallization, cooling and packaging of 30 metric tons per hour and an innovative method of environmental protection by thermodestruction.
The company is dedicated to the elaboration of salted Iberian pork and fats for human consumption, with wet financing for 20 metric tons (20,000 kg) per hour, being one of the largest of its kind built in the European Union.
